Glenn Hadley is the senior vice president of strategy for Dreamscape Marketing. Having spent years working nationally to revitalize behavioral healthcare conferences and pioneering the virtual trade show platform, Glenn wanted to get back to his core goal of helping people break through personally and professionally. He brings a unique, broad, and informed perspective of the healthcare profession to Dreamscape Marketing.

Nationally, Glenn is heading the development of new professional business relationships in hopes of bringing healing to new markets. As a former professional tennis player, coach, and director, Glenn brings a wealth of knowledge in team-building and community organization to the behavioral healthcare industry. Additionally, his personal journey into recovery, both emotional and physical, is inspiring and continues to spread hope wherever he speaks. Glenn is also the host of “Perspective Matters: This Week in Behavioral Healthcare,” an online talk show that highlights and interviews experts in the field.

Before founding Avea, Ben spent 15+ years in banking, system design, and consulting.

Ben enjoys mountain biking in Bend, Oregon, taking photographs while traveling, and acquiring cool gadgets in his spare time.

Dr. Bethany Nelson (she/her) serves as the Director of Foundation Operations for FoRSE within the NAATP team. Bethany earned her PhD in Sociology from the University of Tennessee where her research focused on criminology, identity, and mass media. Prior to joining the FoRSE team, Dr. Nelson worked in both fundraising and program management for several nonprofits across the southeast. As the new Director of Foundation Operations, Bethany will be responsible for the day to day functionality, fundraising, and operational growth of FoRSE.

She is an innovative, visionary healthcare executive with 18+ years of diverse experience in leading Behavioral Health organizations of all sizes and creating elastic, scalable strategies primed for future business development. Throughout her career, Michelle has been recognized for her ability to lead business turnaround, reinvigorate strategy and identify opportunities to improve processes and operations to ultimately affect the bottom line. Michelle has built a reputation as an entrepreneurial, strategic-minded team builder who consistently delivers on growth goals through partnership development, collaboration and strategic business planning. Sam Slaton is the CEO of Santé Center for Healing. With a Master’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Health Systems Management from Texas Women’s University and his Master’s in Counseling and Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Texas, Sam has magnified his education with more than two decades of mental and behavioral health experience and leadership. Sam started his Santé tenure in 2004, working in Santé’s Intake and Admissions Department. When Santé needed additional leadership for an expanding and evolving team, Sam oversaw all aspects of Intake and Admissions.

As Santé has grown, so has Sam’s career working his way up from Director of Outpatient Services to Chief Operations Officer and being the go-to person for system improvements and program expansions company-wide. His knowledge of addiction treatment, key processes, and system capabilities has helped Santé Center for Healing become what it is today. He stewards the mission-centric culture that staff describe as “family” and is known as a conscientious leader who prioritizes the clients and what gives them the best chance at long-term recovery. He takes great pride in that his team has a reputation for integrity, quality treatment, and life-changing impact.

Tani Weiner is a seasoned Health Care M&A lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health space, and serves as Co-Chair of Polsinelli’s Behavioral Health Group.  He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in California by The Daily Journal (2023) and for legal excellence by Chambers USA (2021-2023).
